Using scheduled triggers

Using scheduled triggers in automation flows let’s you start an automation flow on a specific date and time or on an interval.Scheduled triggers are very useful to start flows that send out reminders, or periodically get data from other applications.To use the scheduled trigger in an automation flow, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new automation flow.
  2. Add a trigger by clicking the add button.
  3. Choose scheduled trigger.
  4. Select whether to start the flow once or on an interval.
  5. If you chose interval, specify the details of the interval.

After you publish your design, the flow will now be started on the moment you have specified.
